Info sull'evento

Your workforce is your most valuable business asset.  The knowledge, skills, and abilities of your team are the fuel that drives your business.  Labour shortages, voluntary attrition, skills gaps, increased demands for flexible work arrangements, changes to legislation and a growing list of other factors impact the productivity and growth of a business.  Workforce planning identifies how future staffing and skill needs will be met by assessing internal and external factors, develop gap-closing strategies, and instruct you on how to plan moving forward.

The Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) course is designed for anyone who has responsibility for the HR function of a small-to-medium business or who is getting started with workforce planning.
